block specific caller CenturyLink We all hate unwanted callers.  When you want to block a specific caller and your CenturyLink phone service includes the Call Rejection calling feature, you can avoid calls from specific phone numbers by creating a “block list.” When a blocked caller tries to ring your phone, a pre-recorded message says not accepting calls. To turn on or update your list:

  1. Listen for a dial tone and press .
  2. Follow the recorded instructions, and enter the phone numbers of callers you want to reject

Not sure of the caller.s number? You can activate call rejection immediately after you get a call from that person. Just hang up, then lift the receiver again, press  and follow the recorded instructions. If your “blocked list” is full, you must erase one number before you can add another.
