You worked hard for all those posts you made on your WordPress site so why not take the extra time to backup your site regularly, so in case your something happens you will have that backup ready. I use and also Google docs to store my WordPress backup. What you should do first is go to Cpanel, then save as Tar or Zip your whole site folder which has the WordPress install. Next, go to Cpanel backups and download the whole database of your WordPress site. Upload these 2 downloads to somewhere safe plus you can also put them in a USB drive for storage. Restoring these is a whole different matter. Refer to this link about how to restore your WordPress site from backup.
