  1. [Toolkit] Wug’s Nexus Root Toolkit
  2. You know everything you had for the Nexus 7 2012 delete it (it’s of no use) so delete the sdk, the old nexus 7 toolkit you used, usb drivers this can all be done with the tool above.
  3. Download and re-install your android SDK 4.3 sdk
  4. Open The toolkit mentioned above
  5. Click full driver installation Guide Automatic/Manual
  6. Follow all the props, Following from steps 1-3
  7. If your device isn’t read successfully next when you click the test button watch your tablet a pop up should appear asking if this computer is ok to use USB check remember this selection then click yes
  8. Now run the test again and you should, Be greeted with a  successful window
  9. Click Unlock in the tool kit. Then a prompt should show up asking if your in fast boot or not you can either manually go into fastboot or it can do it for you. (your choice) you tablet will boot and reboot a few times
  10. now that you’re Nexus 7 is unlocked move to the next step
  11. Click root, You can choose to install a custom recovery or a temp recovery
  12. your device will boot and re-boot a few times
