If you forgot your WordPress login password, then don’t worry for you can choose a new WordPress password. Wordpress stores passwords as mD5 hash. http://www.miraclesalad.com/webtools/md5.php This link will take you to an online tool that generates a proper MD5 hash from any password you type in the box. You can then copy and paste the hash it generates into the user_pass box in PHPMYADMIN. You can access PHPMYADMIN through your Cpanel, or directly if your host supports it. Once you login to your PHPMYADMIN, select your wordpress site database, and under that select wp_users where you will find a list of all users and their hash passwords. You can edit a password, just paste in your newly generated MD5 and then click Go. Then you are good to go!
